The Cavagna restaurant was born in 2018 with the purpose of create a new concept of hospitalty in Malcantone region. The charcoal grill is the core, wich our proposal develops, burgers and the other dishes "from the kitchen" complete the offer. The industrial architecture and the cool music create a pleasant and chill enviroment that make the Cavagna restaurant the perfect place to spend time with friends and family.

It is a chemical-physical process by wich the meat mature: it becomes softer and increases flavour. The aging period depends on the animal’s characteristics ( race, age, size, feed, etc. ) At Cavagna we do the maturation process by using a fridge where umidity, PH and temperature are monitorated.
